CREATIVITY BEGINS WITH WELLBEING
At the SGF House, wellbeing is recognised as an essential part of creativity.
Artists, like every individual, perform at their best when body, mind, and spirit exist in harmony. For this reason, wellbeing is not considered an additional service, but an integral part of life within the House.
Every space has been designed to encourage restoration, balance, reflection, and personal renewal.
Because great ideas are born from a healthy mind.
THE WELLBEING SPA
The Wellbeing Spa offers a peaceful sanctuary where guests, resident artists, members, and visitors can step away from the pace of everyday life.
A carefully curated collection of therapeutic massages, holistic rituals, hydrotherapy, aromatherapy, chromotherapy, and personalised wellness experiences encourages deep relaxation while restoring physical and mental balance.
Every month, the Spa evolves alongside the Foundation's featured artist.
Inspired by the artist's creative vision, the wellness team develops an exclusive Signature Treatment that interprets their identity through scents, colours, textures, music, rituals, and sensory experiences. Just as the galleries, suites, restaurants, and public spaces reflect the Artist Residency, the Spa becomes another expression of the artist's world.
Every treatment is designed not only to relax the body, but to create an immersive cultural and sensory experience.

THE ART OF MEDITATION
Silence is often where creativity begins.
Dedicated meditation rooms provide a calm and contemplative environment where guests and artists can disconnect from distractions and reconnect with themselves.
Soft lighting, carefully selected fragrances, calming soundscapes, and original works of art create an atmosphere that encourages mindfulness, reflection, and emotional wellbeing.
For many artists, these quiet moments become as important as the hours spent creating.
STRENGTH & PERFORMANCE
Physical wellbeing is an essential part of creative performance.
The House offers a fully equipped gym designed for both resident artists and in-house guests, providing premium strength, cardio, and functional training facilities within an elegant and inspiring environment.
Whether preparing for a performance, maintaining a daily training routine, improving physical conditioning, or simply beginning the day with energy and focus, every guest has access to a space dedicated to physical excellence.
The Foundation believes that discipline, resilience, and physical wellbeing are fundamental to creativity, helping individuals perform at their highest potential both physically and mentally.
Caring for the body is not separate from the creative process.
It is part of it.
WELLBEING EXPERIENCES
Wellbeing extends beyond the Spa and the gym.
Throughout the year, the House offers a curated programme of experiences designed to promote physical, mental, and emotional balance.
Guests and resident artists are invited to participate in yoga sessions, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, mindfulness practices, mobility classes, wellness workshops, and outdoor activities, creating opportunities to reconnect with themselves while becoming part of the House community.
Each Artist Residency may also inspire exclusive wellbeing experiences, offering new perspectives on the relationship between creativity, movement, reflection, and personal growth.
A HOLISTIC PHILOSOPHY
Wellbeing at the SGF House is not defined by a single treatment, a fitness routine, or a moment of relaxation.
It is a philosophy that recognises the connection between physical health, mental clarity, emotional balance, and creative expression.
Every element of the House has been designed to support this vision. From the Spa and meditation spaces to the gym, wellbeing experiences, and even the artistic atmosphere that surrounds daily life, every environment contributes to creating the conditions in which people can flourish.
The Foundation believes that creativity is sustained through balance.
A healthy body strengthens the mind.
A focused mind encourages imagination.
A peaceful spirit allows ideas to grow.
By caring for the individual as a whole, the House creates an environment where artists, guests, members, and visitors are free to perform at their highest potential.
Because exceptional creativity begins with exceptional wellbeing.
