The SGF House offers two distinct culinary experiences, each designed with its own identity and purpose.

The All-Day Dining Restaurant welcomes guests throughout the day, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea, and relaxed dining in an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere under the direction of the House Executive Chef.

Alongside it, the House features an intimate Fine Dining Restaurant dedicated to the Guest Chef in Residence.
Every three months, an internationally recognised chef is invited to join the Foundation as a resident culinary artist, bringing their philosophy, creativity, and personal interpretation of gastronomy to the House.

Just as visual artists transform the galleries, guest chefs transform the dining experience.
Every residency introduces an entirely new culinary journey.

Each Artist Residency inspires a unique culinary collaboration.
Working closely with the featured artist of the Foundation, the Guest Chef creates an exclusive tasting menu that interprets the artist's vision through flavour, texture, colour, aroma, and presentation.

The objective is not to recreate artworks on a plate, but to translate artistic expression into a gastronomic experience.
For one month, art and cuisine become inseparable.
