BOARD OF TRUSTEES

BOARD OF TRUSTEES

Guardians of the Foundation's Mission

The Board of Trustees serves as the Foundation's highest governing body, safeguarding its mission, values, and long-term vision.

Its responsibility extends beyond administration.

The Board protects the Foundation's independence, ensures responsible governance, and provides strategic oversight so that every initiative remains aligned with the principles upon which the institution was established.

As the Foundation grows, the Board will evolve alongside it, bringing together individuals whose experience, integrity, and commitment contribute to the continued advancement of art, education, philanthropy, and cultural preservation.

A MULTIDISCIPLINARY PERSPECTIVE

Culture is strengthened through diversity of knowledge.

For this reason, the Foundation seeks to build a Board composed of individuals from different professional backgrounds, recognising that great institutions benefit from multiple perspectives rather than a single point of view.

Future Trustees may include leaders in the fields of visual arts, museums, education, hospitality, philanthropy, finance, architecture, law, business, technology, and international cultural development.

Together, they contribute their expertise while sharing a common responsibility: protecting the Foundation's mission for future generations.

INDEPENDENCE & RESPONSIBILITY

The Board operates with independence, transparency, and accountability.

Its role is to ensure that decisions are guided by the Foundation's long-term purpose rather than short-term interests, maintaining the highest standards of institutional governance and ethical responsibility.

Every decision is evaluated according to one fundamental principle:

Does it strengthen the Foundation's ability to preserve culture, support artists, educate communities, and create lasting social value?

STEWARDS OF A LASTING LEGACY

The Foundation is conceived to outlive its founder.

Its future depends not upon one individual, but upon a governance structure capable of protecting its mission across generations.

The Board of Trustees exists to ensure continuity, preserve institutional integrity, and guide the Foundation with wisdom, independence, and a shared commitment to the public good.

Because lasting cultural institutions are built not only through vision, but through responsible stewardship.
