One Institution. Multiple Disciplines.
The SGF Foundation operates through an integrated structure where art, hospitality, education, philanthropy, and cultural programming work together as a single institution.
Rather than functioning as independent departments, every operational area contributes to a shared mission: supporting artists, preserving culture, educating communities, and creating meaningful experiences that generate lasting cultural value.
Every programme, exhibition, residency, event, partnership, and guest experience is the result of collaboration across multiple disciplines.
Because culture is never created in isolation.
AN INTEGRATED OPERATING MODEL
The Foundation is organised around a series of specialised operational divisions, each responsible for a distinct area of expertise while working collectively toward the Foundation's long-term mission.
This integrated structure encourages collaboration, efficient decision-making, and the continuous exchange of knowledge across every aspect of the institution.
From the arrival of a resident artist to the organisation of an international exhibition, from a scholarship programme to a Philanthropy Gala, every initiative benefits from the expertise of multiple departments working together.
ART & CURATORIAL
Responsible for the artistic direction of the Foundation.
This division oversees the Gallery, Artist Residencies, exhibitions, acquisitions, the permanent collection, cultural programming, and the SGF Auction House while working closely with artists, curators, collectors, museums, and cultural institutions worldwide.
Its objective is to ensure artistic excellence while supporting the long-term development of contemporary culture.

SGF HOUSE & HOSPITALITY
The House transforms hospitality into an extension of the Foundation's cultural mission.
Its operations include guest experience, concierge services, dining, wellbeing, artist accommodation, cultural programming, and member services
.
Rather than operating independently, every department contributes to creating an environment where artists, collectors, philanthropists, and travellers naturally interact as part of the same cultural ecosystem.
EDUCATION & PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT
Education is considered one of the Foundation's primary responsibilities.
This division develops workshops, lectures, conferences, school collaborations, university partnerships, publications, research initiatives, and public programmes designed to make art more accessible while encouraging lifelong learning.
Every educational initiative seeks to create meaningful connections between artists and society.
PHILANTHROPY & DEVELOPMENT
The Foundation's long-term sustainability depends upon meaningful partnerships.
This division develops relationships with patrons, donors, members, corporate partners, and philanthropic organisations while supporting fundraising initiatives, scholarships, Artist Residencies, educational programmes, acquisitions, and cultural preservation projects.
Its work ensures that philanthropy becomes an active force in expanding opportunities for future generations.
COMMUNICATIONS & INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS
Culture only creates impact when it is shared.
This division oversees marketing, public relations, digital communications, publications, international partnerships, media relations, and institutional collaborations, strengthening the Foundation's presence while connecting its programmes with audiences around the world.
Its objective is not simply visibility, but the creation of lasting cultural relationships.
CORPORATE SERVICES
Behind every successful cultural institution is an operational structure built upon professionalism and responsibility.
Corporate Services supports the Foundation through finance, legal affairs, governance, human resources, technology, procurement, facilities management, compliance, and strategic administration.
Although largely invisible to the public, these functions provide the stability that allows every artistic, educational, and philanthropic initiative to flourish.
ONE ECOSYSTEM
No department operates independently.
Every exhibition depends upon education.
Every Artist Residency connects with hospitality.
Every cultural event brings together communications, operations, philanthropy, and guest experience.
Every acquisition strengthens education.
Every partnership creates new opportunities for artists.
The Foundation functions as a single ecosystem where every operational area contributes to a common purpose.
Because institutions are not defined by the number of departments they contain.
They are defined by the way those departments work together to create something greater than the sum of their individual responsibilities.
